Operation Mobilisation wants to see vibrant communities of Jesus followers among the least reached. Established in 1957 by visionary George Verwer, OM has taken the good news of Jesus to hundreds of millions of people and mobilised tens of thousands to take it further. Our 3,400 workers—from 115 nations, serving in over 110 countries and on board our ship, Logos Hope—have one thing in common: We love Jesus and we believe He has the power to change everything.
As we go to those who have never heard about Jesus, we look to partner with others who want to journey together to live out the gospel, bringing hope to people in physical and spiritual need. OM believes that when the gospel of Jesus is lived out in a community it will begin to transform and bring hope. That transformation is sustained through these communities of Jesus followers living vibrantly, being salt and light in every sector of society.

OM Stories are sourced from writers around the world, and edited by OM staff under the direction of Global Story Director Janet Weber.
We believe communication is a ministry, with a clear biblical basis. By telling of God's transforming power in the lives of people around the world, we glorify His name and invite others to participate in His work. We believe that good communication results in more people praying, giving and going for the glory of God and in fulfilment of the Great Commission.
Communicating about God's work brings glory to Him, reflects and promotes our unity, celebrates our diversity and provides a clear call to action.
